Order Add-Ons (Phone Orders Only.)

Add-ons will only be accepted on the same day the original order is placed—this applies to phone-in orders only.

Online Orders

Once an order is submitted online, no changes can be made, including add-ons or exchanges (this prevents shipping delay).

Processing Time

Le Mieux typically processes orders within 2–3 business days after receiving them. For orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) Monday through Friday, we’ll do our best to fulfill and ship the same day whenever possible. Orders received after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During busier periods, processing times may be longer. If you choose expedited shipping, please note that it still requires 2–3 business days for order processing before the package is shipped.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Same-Day Shipping

Same-day shipping may be available for orders placed before 11:00 AM, depending on order volume. This service will be offered for an additional $9 fee, and availability is not guaranteed.

Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization by Le Mieux Representative. Please return your Le Mieux product(s) within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund. Returns after 30 days will be issued company credit. Returns will be only accepted up to 60 days after purchase. We reserve the right not to accept a return and charge 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
